We are more than pleased with the work of Aerial Roofing at our 14 unit strata. The job was completed on schedule in 4 weeks, and on budget. Our Strata Council appreciated Sergio and his team on site. They were courteous, friendly and pleasant to all unit owners. Many unit owners were impressed with how thoroughly the team cleaned up each day. Sergio was also open to suggestions in placing the dumpsters in the very tight roadways in which to work. The dumpster supplier and shingle delivery truck drivers impressed us with their maneuvering skills.
Kudos to a team that knows how to work, how to get the job done, all with an evident enjoyment of and pride in their work.

I am writing this letter to thank your company, Aerial Roofing & Construction, for a job well done on the shingle and skylight replacement for our Strata complex April 16 through May 15, 2020. Within those few weeks you were able to finish our 18-unit complex earlier than expected and right on budget. My cedar shake roof had developed two bad leaks, and it was imperative that it be fixed right away. A lot of my neighbors with similar aged roofs to mine had recommended Aerial Roofing & Construction for their quality workmanship and competitive price. I called Tom at Aerial Roofing & Construction and within a couple days, he looked at my roof and presented me with several options to replace the roof. Tom was very knowledgeable, and I had a concise and competitive quote within 30 minutes of his arrival. Aerial Roofing & Construction even went above and beyond and put a patch on my worst leak while I was waiting for them to start the main job. After they were done, I could not even tell I had roofers at my property. All debris and related items were cleaned up and taken care of. I had a shed to roof and, because roofers are so busy nowadays, I couldn’t find anyone to take the time to do such a small job.
When I called Tom, though busy, he was very kind and understanding and said he would send me someone within a few days.
